  This search is a more efficient program than committing to a retained search for the following reasons:
  1. Refundable Engagement Fee.
  2. Execution of a search strategy tailored to your specific requirements.
  3. Cost-effective method of guaranteeing our concerted effort to fill one of multiple critical positions within a 30-day period.
• Contingency Search: Our contingency search service is designed for companies that do not want a devoted effort, but want to see qualified candidates with whom we are currently working.
