Richard Holland, J.D.President/CEO Holland Legal Group, Inc. was established in 1991 to service the legal staffing needs for Partners and Associates of private law firms, and General and Staff Counsel for corporations. These needs arise through growth, merger, acquisition, maturation and business evolvement. Being an attorney, and owning and operating his own firm for over FIFTEEN years, has given Richard the ability to understand the immediate needs of a client firm and a candidate. He has a staff of Account Executives working solely in the legal arena. If an opening is critical and urgent to the growth or stability of a business, he is able to resolve that particular hire with 1-2 of the most qualified individuals who meet or exceed the firm's expectations. Richard has led his office to stellar rankings and prominence within the Management Recruiters organization. His office is a member of MRI's President's Gold Club. Richard has conducted numerous searches in the legal arena, both in the private and corporate sector, focusing in Intellectual Property, Real Estate, Litigation, Corporate, Securities and Transactional practice disciplines.
