Pamela HollandChief Financial Officer Pamela comes to Holland Legal Group, Inc. following a 35 year career as a Benefits Consultant with one of the largest management consulting firms worldwide. Her tenure as an Actuarial Specialist and Benefits Consultant spanned the disciplines of Health and Welfare, Strategy and Organization, Benefits Administration and Asset Consulting, but focused primarily on Retirement Consulting and Project Management. Within the Retirement line of business, Pam completed actuarial valuations requiring her to have an understanding of the latest computer technology, a broad base of skills necessitated by probability and statistical analysis needed for her work, and core competencies grounded in government requirements, legislative regulations, and numerical and benefits design and testing. The disciplines required to administer benefits programs, complete governmental filings, monitor recordkeeping services, and counsel on broad-based financial and human resource issues serve MRI well as she brings her financial, organizational and management skills to bear.
